Arlene Wilkinson Haworth, 51, of Westfield, IN, passed away May 1, 2011.
Survivors include her husband, Lowell; mother, Ada Wilkinson; sister, Sharon (Craig) Green; and two nieces, Haley and Tessa.
She was preceded in death by her father, Grover Wilkinson.
A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, May 5, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at Westfield Church of Christ.
A second Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 7, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. at Union Grove Church of Christ in Tennessee.
